Presbyterian Hospital Huntersville, PHH, is a nationally accredited Chest Pain Center and a nationally certified Stroke Center. PHH offers advanced MRI and CT diagnostic imaging with extended hours and includes endovascular suites, breast imaging, an ambulatory surgery center and ICU beds. Presbyterian Hospital Huntersville also has a 10 bed Clinical Decision Unit adjacent to the ED and an in patient Pediatric Unit. PHH offers the area’s most comprehensive lactation center and a full-service medical library available to the public as well as Cardiovascular services, Cancer services, Infusion services, Orthopaedics, a Center for Sleep Disorders, and a Medical Office Building. Presbyterian Hospital Huntersville has expanded to add more floors and inpatient beds and ICU beds. Extra room for women's support services will also be added within the 2 additional floors built over the surgical floor.

Just north of Charlotte, Huntersville is a fast growing Lake Norman community. Huntersville is located along the southern shores of Lake Norman which has 520 miles of shoreline filled with wildlife and scenic areas. Proximity between Charlotte and the lake have led to booming growth in Huntersville.
